Yeah I’m sick today it sucks. I’ve been overtraining i think and not resting and so i wasn’t recovering. I’ll just stop until I recover. I was totally beat today. I hope I come back stronger.

I didn’t really do much today either. I did 1,000 crunches and a couple of shoulder excersizes, but my body felt thrashed from two days ago. It’s weird. I work out one day hard and then I can’t do anything for two days after that. I guess I’m just getting old. Or maybe it’s because I went way too many years without excersizing and my body is just like, "WTF?!" Maybe my diet is bad. Whatever. Maybe I just have never trained this hard before and I don’t know what it’s like. It just sucks it has to take so long to recover.  Maybe I should get more supplements. No too expensive. I’m still getting stronger as evidenced by my ease at breaking all my records so that’s cool.

I went to the supermarket today at the hancock center and saw a massage place next door and went in to check it out and they had massages for 39 bucks and so I got one. When the girl asked me gender preference I said girl because I like being touched by girls. I was a little concerned that she wouldn’t be strong enought to give me an actual deep massage though but I got this young hot girl and was delighted to find that she had hands as strong as any guy so that was awesome. It made me with I was rich so I could get a massage like that every day.  I took the day off today. I did ten one leg squats and 35 leg jump things today but that was it. I’ll be back on the ball tomorrow. If I had more time I would have run today.

I should put more photos up on this site. I should take some of me warm. I’ve never done that. I’m so much bigger when I’m pumped up.

I’m back working out at the gym again and at home. Kind of slowed down for a little bit. I did 1,500 situps the other day and the next day I had vision problems. My mom said it was from the situps. I had these snakes running accross my eyes blocking my vision like what you get when you stare at a light for too long. My belly is still there but I’d rather have that and not energy issues than lose it and have energy problems. I’m sure it will completely go away for the kayak trip. That would be cool. I finally pretty much finished with the second video prs on my site and can start doing whatever excersize I want from now on. I will be easy to break all my records.

One kid who has been harrassing me on youtube said he’d actually challenge me so we’ll see. I should take the time to look around youtube and see what other people are doing. I haven’t done that in a while. There are a couple girls who still have prs in bodyweight that are better than mine. Like one girl who did 19 full extension pullups. I wonder if I could do that if I was fresh. I’m gaining weight and that is the problem. It kind of negates the strength I also gain. But I don’t know until I try. I also still need to beat Gina Lorenze in her 76 situps in one minute. This new 15 year old girl from Norway did 1,000 crunches in like 18:30. So we’ll see if I can do that. I don’t think so though. I have too much upper body weight. I’m at like 185 on an empty smomach now at probably 14% cold although I should probably do another fat percentage check. No I don’t want to bother them yet.

I’m looking forward to lifting tomorrow. Both at home and at the gym.

I’ve stopped working out at the gym to make time to get ahead with my work and work out at home. I’m going to buy another computer tomorrow so I can work more efficiently.  I have been kind of sick the last three days maybe from overtraining. I don’t know.

I did some yoga yesterday and lifted too and had some new sore muscles today. That was cool. I think I’ll go to the gym again today because there is too much bad energy in my room from all of this drm bullshit that I’m fighting and don’t want to elaborate on.

I ran three miles on the treadmill yesterday and blew out my left calf again. Gol dang Cory. If he had of bolleyed me correctly 13 years ago I don’t think I would be having these problems now. If you go climbing make sure it’s with responsible people.

Whoops I took some time off on the bodyblog. I went mountain biking a couple weeks ago with this girl I met on fitness-singles.com. That was the first time I did anything sporty with a girl for like three years; when I went on a hike with Paula. I don’t think she wants to do anything with me again though. That’s fine. What I really want to do is go running with a girl faster than me or lift weights with a girl. I don’t think I could find a girl who can keep up with me on the bike. Not in this town. I could in Boulder just by going on a ride and bumping into someone.  There is one girl named Christine who is a weight lifter who said she would lift with me so that would be cool.

I’m mixing the gym with my home workouts now. I did some yoga today. That was a long time coming. I’ve been getting a lot of smack talkers lately, but there is yet someone to actually challenge me. They just talk shit. I guess that’s where people are at mentally still.  Freaking earthings!

I weight 182 now. So I’ve stopped gaining weight. I continue to break my home records though so it’s cool. Maybe I’m burning fat away. It’s hard to tell. I don’t do cardio at all because of time constraints.
