I finally got going with my pumpage in my room because I finally figured out how to film right with my cell. Then I went to the gym at like midnight and pumped it for like an hour and a half. I did some deep leg presses with 14 plates with the aid of my hands and injured my knees a little. I’m not going to go that heavy again! I need to remember that I have weak knees. I even had to quite road bike racing and running for six years when I was a kid because of the Ausgood Schlauter knee disease and I don’t think I ever fully recovered from that. I preach that you can’t injure yourself lifting and so I need to be careful to not do that or people will make fun of me and that would make me a nerd and the last thing I want to be is a nerd because then I won’t score any chicks.
I heard Amy Kessler say that she can do the Plank Yoga pose for 10:08 so I’m going to try and beat her tomorrow. I know I can’t but I want to see how far I can go.
