I got like three hours of sleep last night. I’m just too into the book and scanning I guess. I woke up this morning from an asthma attack. Come to think of it that’s the whole reason I’ve been getting three or four hours of sleep a day. I’ve been getting asthma attacks at the crack of dawn like a half hour after I get to sleep and then I’m just laying there. The other day I went to Wallgreens at like four in the morning because both of my inhalers disapeared and theirs had been stolen and weren’t going to stock more and today I went to two places and neither of them had them, however they said as the supermarket that they will restock them tomorrow.
I felt debilitatively under rested today but had a brief spell of feeling OK at like ten so I went to the gym. I have a new method now. Instead of watching girls on my mp4 I watch them on youtube and write down what they do and then do it the next day. It saves a lot more time that way and the girls on youtube are generally stronger than the ones I downloaded off of herbiceps.com and those other sites.
I was going to see if I could beat Nicole in the Crossfit Linda but after I set up the weights this kid poached me. That was at eleven so I guess if I want to do that excersize I have to come in after midnight.
I started with 19 year old Jessica’s squats where she does ten front squats and ten dead lifts with 235 without touching the ground. The front squats are harder than I though they would be. You need good form. When I first got a membership I asked that super hot trainer Nikki to rate my phisique and she had me hold my arms above my head and do squats and she said I needed to stretch my lats more. She said I leaned them too far forward when I went down. I’ll stretch my lats and maybe I’ll have better form with the front squats and squat cleans.
Then I did Cathy Vails workout. Ten deep leg presses with eight plates followed by ten half squats with 185 and then ten sets of ten leg extension with 90 lbs with 15 seconds between sets. That was rough! I think she did it with better form than me. I’ll have another look. If I had the time I would record these chicks right off of youtube and put them on my mp4. Youtube should include that feature. I’d totally be down with people having my videos on their personals. Why the heck not. That’s freedom to me. I won’t get into explaining it now though. Anyways, then I did 10 closed grip pullups, 10 BB bent over rows with 125, DB pulldowns 60 X 12, she did 10 dips with 45 lbs but they don’t have that weight holder so I did 20 instead, lying french press 85 X 10, overhead rope extension 60 X 10 which I found light, incline DB Press 65 X 10, three sets of DB press 65 X 10, Cable cross overs 75 X 10 which I found easy. I love that one. I need to do it and squeeze my pecs and get them caught up with my back and shoulders, 10 sets of 10 pushups. She forgot to say how long betwee the sets though, hammer rows 125 X 10 although I forgot what she meant so I did 225 for both arms, and bar rows 105 X 10.
After that her work out was over and I was feeling that lack of sleep feeling again so I left. I don’t know exactly how long I was there. I should go to the other 24 hour fitnesses in Austin and see if there are any strong girls working out there. I might as well take advantage of this all club membership that I accidentally spent an extra $100 on. Hopefully I’ll get some sleep tonight and be able to work it good tomorrow.
