I didn’t work out today but I ran six miles. I got kind of carried away with work. I was kind or tired anyways.

6 miles isn’t nothing major to start, & not the best of ideas if you are trying to build muscle.

Yeah I’m trying to build muscle. I don’t really run that much anymore because yes, I’m trying to build muscle. Nice back.
