I had eye surgery today and figured I would play it safe and just sleep all day long because I was having throbing eye ache afterwards. They said it was ok for me to exceresize today but my mom said i should rest so that’s what I did.

Monday, October 13th, 2008

I did one excersize today but don’t have the energy to do anything else. I haven’t done anything for three days and today I found out definitively why. It’s because I’ve been drinking and eating candy for the last three nights. If I have alcohol or candy one day or night I can kiss my excersize the following day goodbye because I just won’t have the energy. I tried to do a leg up hold which I did for 2:30 the other day but I had trouble holding it for just a few seconds today and I feel very groggy, so I have to realize that what the consequences are if I so much as touch candy or alcohol. I will eat right today and hopefully will have some energy tomorrow.

I’m depressed today because I found out I need a new engine for my car and so I don’t have the motivation to work out or run. I did 16 full extension pullups today though which broke my record of 13. I will probably do some stretching later on.

I woke up kind of tired today even though I didn’t excersize yesterday. I ran six miles today and did some excersizes. I did 500 leg ups today.

I had the first of four eye surgeries today so I’m not getting any excersize today to allow my eye to recover. Tomorrow I’ll be back on the horse.  I’m too depressed to work out or run anyways because I’m five grand poorer from this eye work.  Now I have no money and my cars in the shop to boot.

It’s like five in the morning and I have ensomnia. My appetite kicked in today after like a month or two of full time working out. That’s good because it means I’m officially in shape and will start recovering faster and will be able to work out more and get stronger. I need to start cooking for myself now though instead of living off of vegetable soup which will start to get too expensive pretty soon.
