I did one excersize today but don’t have the energy to do anything else. I haven’t done anything for three days and today I found out definitively why. It’s because I’ve been drinking and eating candy for the last three nights. If I have alcohol or candy one day or night I can kiss my excersize the following day goodbye because I just won’t have the energy. I tried to do a leg up hold which I did for 2:30 the other day but I had trouble holding it for just a few seconds today and I feel very groggy, so I have to realize that what the consequences are if I so much as touch candy or alcohol. I will eat right today and hopefully will have some energy tomorrow.
