I didn’t run or lift yesterday for some reason.  I didn’t run today, should have.  I went to Mikes house and we lifted.  I’m getting stronger.  Before I could only do like 30 pushups or something.  Today I did 60 and at the end of the workout I did 30 legitimate ones, and then 20 legitimate ones with my feet on the counter.  I was in the Starbucks and did some pushups and asked the girl serving the coffee if she thought it was weird and she said no but her ex was a bodybuilding ultimate fighter.   That would be cool to just do pushups all the time.  I bet the super fit dudes can do sets of 30 legitimate pushups all day long.

It’s my tenth day working out and now as expected I can work out for more than one ten minute set a day.  The other day I did two.  Today I did four 10 minutes sets, so I worked out 40 minutes.  No running because of snow, but I did a couple hours of stretching.

I got back from work and worked out a little with Jordan then I fell asleep because I didn’t sleep well last night either.  Then Wyndham called and we ran from Gregory Canyon to the top of Green mountain and back. Then I lifted some more at home.

I only got like two or three hours of sleep last night because of insomnia and woke up tired today.  Then I had to work.  I tried to go running but a mile into the run my right calf suddenly had a shart pain so I had to turn around.  I don’t think I will lift anything today because I am not rested.  I really need to make sure to get enough sleep tonight.

Ran up Sanitas with Wyndham today.  Did a pullup pushup routine that I learned from an Italian dude antokindness on youtube.  Get beat me.

I ran four miler #5 today in 40 minutes as always.  I was playing call of duty 4 last night and was smoking weed for the second night in the row (not my weed). So today I couldn’t breath too good today.  No matter though.  I needed to take it easy anyway as my whole body was kind of sore.  No lifting today.  Gonna do it tomorrow. I am a little dismaye with how long it’s taking me to get to the point where I recover, but my stomach muscles are sort of coming in a little.

I ran 4 miles today with Wyndham in 40 minutes.  My knees hurt so I’m going to take tomorrow off. I also did ten minutes of lifting. Stomachs and back and sides and press and pull ups.

I ran 4 miles today in 38:30 and worked out for like ten minutes or something like that when Mike and Windham walked outside to smoke (losers).  I did 30 pushups, 20 curls with 20 and 30  situps I think.  My knees are hurting me. The other day after my run I could feel them pulsating with pain. That didn’t happen last time I was running.  My lungs are doing better than my legs now which is encouraging.   It is taking kind of a long time for me to get up to speed but that just means that I don’t have to spend as much time working out so that part is cool.
