So I’m still totally sore from two days ago from doing the max one reps for those strength tests. I didn’t even do any extra reps for anything else. I guess this is just a taste for what is to come once I start working out. I have been going to sleep at seven for the last two nights, only problem is I get up at three in the morning and then am a little groggy througout the day. I know once I start working out I will be tired enough to sleep all night long though. I can tell that I need to eat more too. I have been eating one serving on protein powder now that I have sore muscles. Once I start working out I will start drinking four servings like the box says. Out…
