I finally started yesterday and its awesome to be working out finally after being sick.  I ran 4 miles yesterday too.  Couldn’t run today because of my sore calves.  I tried to go riding today for the first time in like 5 months but it’s like 50 below zero out there.  I know I have all my gear in order at least.  I made a video today but premier choked on me and i lost it.  I need to remember not to have any other programs open when I try to upload.

Ain’t no lifting for me today. I could barely even walk up the ladder yesterday.  and today forget about it. I just want to sleep.  At least I thought about lifting.  Step one is being a wannabe, then you can be a bee.

I’m still sick.  I think i puked yesterday from lifting while I was sick and not quite as much as I thought from doing it on codune and trazodone.  I’m just going to stretch now untill I feel normal.  I won’t even go running. I don’t want to postpone the healing process.  At least I got one video up!  booya!

I had a 103 degree fever all day today so that’s my excuse for not working out.  I will start working out though I can smell it. I’m so hungry, hungry to work out like six hours every day.

I got premier in the mail today and figured out how to upload to youtube so I’m ready to rock.  I am sick now though so I really should wait till it blows over till I start working out.  I did an hour of stretching today though so I think I’ll do that tomorrow.

So I’m still totally sore from two days ago from doing the max one reps for those strength tests.  I didn’t even do any extra reps for anything else.  I guess this is just a taste for what is to come once I start working out.  I have been going to sleep at seven for the last two nights, only problem is I get up at three in the morning and then am a little groggy througout the day.  I know once I start working out I will be tired enough to sleep all night long though.  I can tell that I need to eat more too.  I have been eating one serving on protein powder now that I have sore muscles. Once I start working out I will start drinking four servings like the box says.  Out…

I went to the gym today with Mike Chapin and figured out how strong I am for the site.  I did the barbell rows wrong but I think it was more or less what I could do if I did it right.  It’s interesting how I’m stronger than people is some things and way weaker in others.  I did the squat for the first time ever and did like ten reps trying to figure it out on the free squat. Then I noticed the fixed squat machine and tried it there and did 215. I probably could have done more if I had been fresh.  After I did it I could barely squat even with no weight and my ass and upper hams were totally torn up.  I will definitely feel it tomorrow. I’m psyched Mike wants to start running and lifting with me.  He’s a chucky lifter but I bet he will be a good runner even though he’s a smoker.  In high school he did a 5k in 16:43  and he still has 9.7% bodyfat, plus I think his lungs are in better shape than mine.  I really need to start running everyday to get all the pot resin out, and NEVER smoke weed ever again.  Well not ever, but…I hope I get the point. I won’t start running or lifting until I download Adobe Premier and figure out how to upload videos to youtube so I can film myself working out.  That will motivate me. I’m really regimental like that. Maybe it has something to do with being a Capricorn.
