I woke up unfresh today so I will take the day off so I can be fresh tomorrow and film myself benching my big 225 lbs 7 or who knows maybe even 8 x.

I was able to sleep during the night for the second night in a row last night. Hoooray!!! I went to sleep at like nine and got up at 5:30 and was on the computer until I went into the gym at eight and was there until noon, so that’s my second four hour day in a row. I don’t know about tomorrow though. If I’m not fresh tomorrow I might only run and stretch so I can get fresh again, as I’ve been unfresh for the last four days. We’ll see.
Today I did the stretching, then ran the 5k, then did hand bike for 15, then did a whole slew of random excersizes. Like leg pressing three sets of ten at 525 lbs, then three sets of ten at 435 lbs, then a couple sets of ten hack squats with four plates. I did some other machines doing biceps and stuff but I can’t remember. I did another half hour of stretching. I stayed pretty busy but didn’t totally go all out as I wasn’t fresh.

Well I was up for 33 hours straight for some unbenkownkts reason until I went to sleep at midnight last night and then got up at 4:30 for some mysterious reason and was on the computer until I went to the gym at noon thirty. So needless to say I was exhausted when I went into the gym so I decided to go ahead and just take it easy so I could put in my four hours. I like lifting easy. It’s hard to lift easy sometimes when you’re used to pushing yourself to the maximum so much, but it’s really fun to just lift until the burn just starts to come and then stop. From now on I’ll do four hours a day for sure and just take it easy when I’m tired.
I started with a half hour of stretching and decided not to do the bench test because I was tired and I did a lot of benching yesterday so I went straight to the treadmill I think anyways and ran 5k in 31 minutes at a ten minute mile. I was a little tired so I took it easy on the running. Then did the aided pullup drop set mixed in with the machine arm curl and extension from 110 lbs. Then did the hand bike but stopped after five minutes because my arms were tired. I did a whole bunch of other stuff too but I can’t remember, probably because I was suffering from sleep deprivation. I did leg extension drop set from 190 lbs all the way down which was fun. I like drop setting and should do more of it. Then did the same with the sitting leg curl from 175 lbs I think, maybe 160. Did a couple calf raises with two 45’s and a 25 sets of 30 and 50. Did leg press with six plates which was ridiculously easy. I should start those up again with ten plates. I had a stomach ache towards the beginning so stayed away from the leg presses. For some reason it took almost an hour to finish the stretching. I think I spaced out a lot. I did a lot of spacing out today. But other than the accidental spacing out I pretty much stayed busy for the whole four hours. I finished with standing cable curls in a way which really isolated the biceps and so I want to do that a lot more now, also cable pulling it ups too which was just as isolatory, and the pull downs that way isolating the tricep. For some reason I had a lot of epiphany’s on the lifting today even though I was kind of out of it. Did some standing curls with 30’s, standing tri extension with 12.5’s. I know I did more but I can’t remember.
I’m super psyched about doing my four hours tomorrow with my new found excersizes and lolly gagging attitude, and also to be able to actually sleep during the night this time. At least I certainly feel like I will be able to sleep tonight. If I don’t I’m going to lose my ****ing mind. You need at least a little dream time per day. I told the girl at the desk that my DNA is rearanging me into another kind of human that doesn’t need sleep and can live for hundreds of years and she told me she’s a rock star and so I checked out her myspace page and saw her performing and heard her songs and she’s amazing, fit and hot too. Oh yeah plus there was this bodybuilder chick in the gym the other day.

was only at the gym for like two hours because i didnt’ get any sleep last night and could only nap for an hour today and didn’t even actually sleep. started with a half hour of stretching, then benched 225 7x, 3x, 205 7x, 3x, 185 10x, 155 10x, 145 10x, 140 10x, 135 10x. then arm biked 15 minutes, ran 5k in like 27 minutes, shoulder shrugs with 45 lbs plates 50x, concentration curls 30 lbs 15x, standing one arm vertical arm extensions 15 lbs 30x, one set of all the leg machine excersizes except for leg abduction out because it’s broken, one set of machine arm curls and extensions with 110 lbs. i got tired and my heart started pounding so I went home after that. Maybe I should have done more stretching. i should have last night but i forgot. i will be able to sleep tonight, during the night, for the first time in months. how exciting. tomorrow I’ll be good to go for four hours, although I haven’t eaten much today. just breakfast and a bowl of cereal, one energy bar and a salad. I’m about to crash and it’s not even midnight. how exciting. I haven’t slept for like 33 hours. if I have insomnia tonight it’s gonna be ****ed up.

I stretched for a half hour then benched 225 once. It was weird I could only do it once as I didn’t do any arms or chest last night, although I did ab excersizes which worked the chest too. Then I ran 5k in like a half hour. Then did a set each of the leg machine excersizes except the leg abduction in because it was broken. My legs were totally fresh but my body was beat so I went home. I could be tired from the four hours of gardening I did today along with the four hours a day in the gym for the last two nights. I should be good for four hours tomorrow.

Just came back from four hours at the gym. Started with a half hour of stretching, then did the bench test. Now I do 225 lbs bench test after stretching instead of after running. I was tired from yesterday but managed 6x. I’ll see if I can go for seven or eight tomorrow and film it. It wouldn’t be long, perhaps another couple months until I could do ten but I won’t be in the gym then. Then I rand five kilometers in like 28 minutes. I was a little tired from last nights 10 K. Then I did the hand bike for 15 minutes. I was there like 1:45 before I started lifting.
My first excersize was the pulldown ab drop set, then did 50 leg ups, full ab manchine drop set from 120 lbs, 25 12 lbs ball side to sides with the feet off the ground. I should have gone back to that one but I forgot. After that I tried ball bench situps but was gased so I did 50 more leg ups and moved on to some other muscles. I did 50 standing side ups with the 45 lbs plate, 30 back ups with 35 lbs, 30 with 25 lbs, 30 with 10 lbs and 30 with no weight. In between I did a couple sets of cable curls with 50 lbs.
Towards the end with a half hour left my body started wanting mercy which of course I didn’t give it because mercy is for the weak, so I just started doing legs. I did a set of ten of leg abduction out with 160 lbs but not in because the machine is broken, 20 leg extensions with 190 lbs, 30 calf raises with two 45’s and a 25, 10 sitting leg curls with 160 lbs and 10 lying leg curls with 80 lbs. I also did 15 sitting concentration curls with 30 lbs dumbells. That’s all I remember.
My body is wasted now and so I have to force feed myself, as my appetite goes away when I’m this thrashed. If I don’t eat I’m in danger of crashing for like a week. I’ll have to try extra hard probably to do my four hours tomorrow. We’ll see. Tomorrow will be legs, after I try to beat my bench 225 lbs record of course.

Went intot the gym yesterday morgning but i was too hopped up on candy sugar and didnt’ have any energy so went home after running 5k and stretching a half hour and benching 225 4x. This morning I was there for four hours. did stretching a half hour then ran 10k on the treadmill in 49 minutes which is really fast for me. I did it because this little girl next to me did it in 52 minutes. I ran an eight minute mile the whole time. That was fast because, although I had asthma, it wasn’t as bad as it usually is and so I was able to keep it up without my diaphram getting tired. Now walking around home my left achilles tendon is hurting. my right shoulder was really hurting during the run and I noticed that I was having trouble lifting my arms, as that was the farthest and fastest I’ve run for a long time. Then I benched 224 4x. From now on I will bench right after stretching instead of after running, so I can bench more reps. I will bring my video camera with me everytime so I can capture it on video the next time I get seven reps, maybe even eight. Then I can upload that to youtube and impress the girls ha ha. Then I benched it six more times broken up into sets of three or something. Then ten at 205 ten at 185, ten at 155, 150, 145, 140, 135. By the time I did 135 I was tired. Then I deep squated 185 10x which was the first time in a while I’ve done that, then 15x at 135, deadlift 225 10x, db curls with 30 lbs sets of 20 or something, 15 minutes on the hand bike, drop set aided pullups, a couple sets of ten of back extensions from 140 lbs. did some concentration curls with 30 lbs, 50x side pulls with 45 lbs. that’s all I remember, maybe I did more. I was in there pretty busy, although I was sitting around a lot between sets, for the whole four hours. I’ll be good to go for four hours tomorrow. I don’t like going more than that even if I feel good so I don’t overtrain. That’s what the hot chicks say anyways and I should listen to them cause they’re hot you know.

I haven’t been going to the gym the last couple of days, three days now because I’ve been addicted to heroes tv show that I rented and pigging out on candy while I watch it which sucks all my energy out. Tomorrow I’ll be back on the horse.

Did my four hours today and feel bushed. I started with my regular routine: A half hour of stretching, 5k jog on the treadmill, 225 bench max and 17 minutes of hand bike. Normally I do 20 but I don’t like the easy setting anymore so now it’s going to be 15. I was surprised to bench 7x for the first time today, and the seventh time was easy. I should have gone for eight but seven was my record so I automatically stopped. I waited a minute and did three more, then 205 8x, 185 10x, 155 10x, 145 10x, 140 10x and 135 10x. Then did stomach pulldown drop set I think and a half hour more of stretching because I found a Mary Clair magazine I figured I’d check out. Then drop setted the tri and bi machine from 110, standing oblique pulls with a 45 plate 50x, angled perch side up 20x with 35 plate and 20x with 25 plate. I talked to Ronnie for a half hour about steroids and weed and cops and stuff close to the end though. He says there’s a legal steroid but you have to take a bunch of vitamins with it to be healthy. Maybe I’ll try that when I’m old and have more money if it’s safe. That would be interesting. I don’t know if I’ll ever get into weight lifting like this again though, seeing how I’m from Boulder where the running and biking is too good to get distracted with weight lifting. I can’t remember anything else I did but I think I pretty much stated busy for four hours and I feel tired now so cool. I didn’t make it in until 11:30.
