it’s been more than a month since i wrote in this. wow. i goned into the gym yesterday and today to update my lifting stats because i found out you can do that on the smith machine without a spotter. the weight on that is a little heavier than normal but not much i imagine. i’ve been stretching a half hour a day and running that much too. my achiles tendon is hurting me in the morning but I don’t think it’s getting worse. i should remember to do the rowing machine though instead in order to avoid possible injury.

I’ve been running every day. I wonder what my fat percentage is? I’ve been working out and I think my body is getting enough excersize. I should do some filming of home workouts tomorrow…

I ran like 4.2 miles today and then lifted for a few hours today. I felt good. Yeehaw! Tomorrow I’ll work out at home and film myself.

My gall bladder and liver went to hell after I started taking creatine and those other suppliments so I think I’m going to stop taking them as soon as the bottles run out. I think that fact that they are processed may make them harder to process in the body. I had a blood test and found out that the bile or "bilirubin" in my gallbladder is 2.1 and the average for a healthy person is .2-1.2 so that’s almost double. That’s weird because I’m a vegetarian so where did all that extra backed up fat come from? I still have energy issues but I still did some lifting today. I benched 135lbs 25x today and that’s better than yesterday so I’m at least getting stronger. We’ll see how it goes tomorrow working out at home.

I’m starting to feel better but I’m still on medication and I don’t feel %100 so I’m not going to do anything until I see the doctor again on the 15th.

I tried some stretching today but it made me feel more ill so whatever at least I tried. I’ll see what I can do tomorrow. I sure am enjoying my sleep now though!

I felt worse today than yesterday so I decided to go ahead and go to the clinic and they took a whole lot of blood out of me and gave me some new asthma medication that i’ve never had before and some antibiotics. he said to take it easy so i guess i’ll hang up the excersizing for now. i’ll keep my bodyblog though to chronicle my sick feelings. that should be fun.

I went into the gym today and barely benched 185 and then felt like hell so I went home. I lost like five pounds of muscle so far this week. If I stay sick I’ll be back at 160 within a month or two. I’m starting to feel like I have a virus but I don’t have health insurance so I don’t know what I’ll do. I don’t even have enough energy to talk to my camera. I think I’ll just sleep it off and forget about being an athlete for now. I’ll keep the blog though so I can be a wanna be athlete. That’s the next best thing. I’ll do a thorough detox I think and get some massages. that will feel good and be healthy.
