Today will be my third day off. I took today off also to get the uploading back on track. I should be able to get back into the gym full time now until my pass expires on dec 5th. Then i’ll start lifting at home again.

didn’t work out yesterday to get caught up on some computer ****. I was also bummed about finding out about $700 worth of bills and when I’m bummed I don’t have the juice to work out. hopefully i’ll get around to it today.

i did an hour and a half today but I went home because I was pre-occupied about this computer project I’m working on and had to go home and tend to that.
while I was there I stretched for a half hour, did hand bike for 20 minutes, ran for like a half hour 5k, squated 135 10x. I did leg abduction in and out at 160 and 20 leg extension at 190 and 15 concentration curls with 30 lbs but didn’t feel totally fresh in the legs either. I just went home. But at least I showed up at the gym. I think tomorrow I’ll be able to concentrate on pumpage again after I figure out this computer ****.

don’t know why i didnt’ write a post yesterday. yesterday I went in twice. I did in the morning for like a half hour with some stretching and running two miles and a set or two, then the second time for some stretching and ran a mile and a rep or two.
tonight I benched 225 6x! I thought i was going to be weaker because i haven’t been working out the last week from the energy crisis but i came back stronger. maybe I just needed to take some time off. then i did 205 seven times. almost eight. this dude came up to help me but it was too late. then 185 ten times, 155 12 times and 135 like 15 times but I can’t remember. I deep squated 195 (4 plates) seven times on the smith maching. inclined pressed 135 10x, ran 3.1 miles. I wanted to run more but my achilles was tired enough. i started by stretching a half hour. I did a set or two of calfs, 50 shrugs with 45 lbs plates, 20 reps leg abduction out and in with 160 lbs, leg extension 20 reps with 190 lbs and 10 reps sitting leg curl 190 lbs. 60 leg ups followed by 30. I think that’s it. I left after three hours although I felt like i easily could have gone another hour. two hot chicks in the last couple weeks have told me I’m overtraining plus it was 11:00 pm and I didn’t want the new desk shift dude Ronnie see me in there because the last two nights I’ve been telling him I’d give him a CD and didn’t want to be a flake today since I forgot to put the new one in my car. I’ll be good to go tomorrow. the weird thing was all i ate today before going in was a burrito and a little fruit. afterwards I had a bowl of spagetti vegetables. I had a couple protein drinks too. I guess the protein drinks have been doing me good. I’d sure like to see this belly blubber go away. at this rate who knows maybe I’ll be able to bench the 225 7x by the beginning of december when the membership expires. that would be cool. I wonder how I’ll take to the lifting at home again.

Didn’t feel so good today and figured i’d try to fix things for myself by doing some sets at home and after one I got motivated to go to the gym and was there for three and a half hours. I feel it in my amrs now so that’s cool. I got a bunch of protein powder today at the gnc place and the dudes there told me that hispanic males have the most testosterone out of everybody and I need 2 grams of protein per pound of body a day if your working out which is way more than I’ve been eating. before it was 160 grams and now it’s going to be 380. hopefully this will make me bigger and stronger. then after I go to boulder I’ll get into biking and running and lose it all! ha ha.

i took a couple days off trying to switch my schedule but I can’t. went into the gym at like two in the morning and didn’t do much. five reps db press one hundreds cause i saw a girl on my video do it. then ten reps squat with 135 then five at 225. did a half hour of stretching. two seconds of steam room. five hack squat with six plates. tried to do overhead db press with 75’s but couldn’t even lift them. i must have blown myself out on the presses with the 100’s. did leg abduction out and in one set, but realized then that I’m not cut out for gym work anymore. i think it’s kyle’s gym time again.

went into the gym today and benched 135 25x and curled a little. Benching 135 lbs 25x isn’t good. I did 29x months ago. I got a redline hoping to wake me up but that didn’t work so I gave up and went home. I’ve been eating plenty. I must have some kind of sickness. Oh well…. I’ll just eat healthy and at least show up at the gym every day.

I should ****ing be nominated for the Darwin awards for fasting while I’m working out four hours a day. ****ing retard. I went back to the gym at midnight for another go and felt just as ****ty. I did manage to bench 135 lbs 25x, then side bend 45 lbs 50x, then bench 135 20x, concentration curls 30 lbs 15x, sitting up tricep overhead extension 75 lbs 9x, standing curl 30 lbs 20x before succombing to asthma. I’m really bummed about this asthma. I can NEVER get a deep breath. I need some direct sunlight. I’ll go for a run tomorrow if I can get up before sunset. I don’t think I’ve gotten more than 15 minutes of direct sunlight in one day for months because my sleep schedule is so reversed. God I just wish I could breathe. **** I had to lose my advair prescription. I need to visit the website and see if they will sell me some without a prescription. I’m not going to pay a doctor for another prescription. I’d rather have asthma. I have asthma right now. I ALWAYS have asthma no matter how many times I take my puffers. When I run out of my puffers I don’t know what I’ll do. Maybe there’s a website, or another country I can get to mail them to me. Maybe I’ll have a friend from another country mail me some from there. Maybe I’ll take the asthma pills on a regular basis and see if that helps.

I had another awful day. No energy. I went to the gym and worked out for a little, like did 20 reps benching 135 and then 10 and then went to the car for an hours nap and then went back. I got a nox when I first went in there and when I went back Sarah the desk girl told me to stop buying them because they have too many chemicals. she was the one who told me to buy them in the first place but I didn’t say anything. she told me to get a redline which I did and it brought be back for a bit. I ended up doing 100 reps at 135 in sets of ten including the first 30. did some arm stuff and leg stuff but basically lollygagged. did the hand bike for like three minutes but couldn’t average over 30 watts. I didn’t break a sweat at all. I think maybe I’m out of energy because it takes a couple days to get the carbos back just like it took a couple days to lose them from not eating. I have been drinking a lot of those energy drinks too, and even though it’s sugar free maybe it’s crashing me so I’m done with them to save money also. Also I haven’t been soaking up any sun, so from now on I will run outside and not on the treadmill. it’s easier on my achilles besides. If I get sun, avoid energy drinks, and make sure I get enough food maybe I’ll get my energy back. It’s a pity because the other day I realized that all of my muscle are officially in lifting shape now finally. the day after my good ab workout my abs were fresh, and my legs recover too. all my muscles can recover now without ever getting sore. I need to go look for a job tomorrow. I will go to bed now and get up with the sun from now on even if I don’t get a wink of sleep which I know I won’t, but if I lay there still listening to my mahabarata I’ll at least get 80% rest which will be enough to get me going for the day.
