supplements
hey everyone.
i am having one hell of a time trying to figure out all these supplements. i have tried a number of different supplents. it seems like everyone i have tried will work really well for a little bit then it seems like after a while i cant tell that i took anything.
if i could get some feed back on some awesome supplements mainly ones that give you energy, that would be great. also, right now im on monohydrate creatine. is there something i can add to the mix to give it a better flaver?
