This year
Tuesday, June 17th, 2008So It’s June 2008, and I just starting lifting at Gold’s. I’m extremely excited… and for those of you who haven’t been there, it is an extremely motivating place to be. To begin, I won’t make this too long. I just want to write about where I’m at now, and short-term plans I have made. I’m currently 19 years old. I’ll turn 20 on Feb, 2nd 2009. As of now, I don’t plan on cutting too much more for the summer. My body fat level is around 8 to 9 percent at the moment and considering that I’m not entering in any competitions until next summer, I believe I look sufficient enough to take my shirt off at the lake for now. I’ll start bulking again in September. A little soon, I know, but that’s when I feel the best about lifting. I love the strength and size gains. My arms are currently 16 in… and I plan on having them at around 17 by my first comp. I feel they are a weak point at the moment so I will strive to fix that as soon as possible. My supplement plan will consist of only protein, NO, creatine mono, and maybe some extra aminos. In addition I’ll be consuming around 4,500 calories, 200 grams of protein, and 350 to 400 grams of carbs a day. This was the basic plan I followed my bulking season that I began this past christmas, and I’m now about 9 pounds heavier.(After cutting down) I’m just praying I’ll see similar gains next go around. So when bulking season comes…. watch out Gold’s. =)
