Continiuing my training
Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008It is now 1/23/2008. My bodyweight has dropped to 201 lbs. I have decreased my body fat percentage to around 19% and do get lower readings around 16%. I especially tried to limit "treats" around the holidays. Am back to my high protein low fat diet now. Try to eat fish and chicken most of the time. Hard to stay on a strict diet on the weekends. Have severe pain in knees from the OA will have to get knee replacements soon I fear. Has really limited my leg workouts. But hey, at almost 61 1/2, I still can outlift all of my friends who are in their 40’s!!!!
