Blog Entry

This is my first post to my blog. It will be my 61st birthday tomorrow and I am still pushing iron 4 or 5 days a week in the evenings agter a haed day at work. I lift for 45 to 60 min a night in my well equipped home gym. I presently weigh 210lbs. with a 48" chest, 17.5" biceps and a 33" waist. My legs are my weak point as I have Oa of both knees (from 10 years of Karate training 30 years ago) I still perform leg extensions, leg presses, leg curls and calf raises with as much weight as my knees will allow. I also take quite an assortment of supplements including but not limited to: Whey protein, beta alanine, andro test, creatine, fish oil, mass tabs, animal paks, etc. I feel pretty good for an "old" man!

    hey Happy birthday tomarrow! your not old! its only how you feel that makes you old… i hope i never quit lifting…. eventually, i will slow down… but not quit! its a change of lifestyle… looking Great! and keep it up!
