Update

March 15, 2009

So I haven’t posted my nutrition since Wednesday of this week. The reason for that is that my wife gave birth to our baby-girl Saturday morning. This is my weekend with my son and he was such a good boy today when we pretty much spent all day at the hospital. We ate on the run and we ate some great Lebanese cuisine. My wife is from a restaurant family and her sister has a restaurant and wouldn’t you know it…it is 2 minutes away from the restaurant…jogging!

My wife and our baby-girl, Chloe, is at the hospital. Clara’s mom is staying with them. My wife is so happy and so I am. I love seeing her happy.

That’s my explanation. I am gonna start logging again on Monday.

And now my mission is to show Chloe and Matthew how fit their pappa can be!

Week 2 Review

March 9, 2009

Week 2 was not as good as week 1. I had 2 cheat days and I had 2 days with no exercise. I will improve on that in the coming week.

For the week I had a caloric deficit of 2,885 calories. Which in theory means a fat loss of 0.8 pounds.
