Regression
November 12, 2008I have become recently engaged and have been so busy the last few weeks with wedding planning that my workouts have become non-existent. When I’m busy and stressed eating becomes one of the last things I think about. Of course I still eat, but not as often and not as much. I was doing so good eating a little protein and carbs at every meal and eating every two hours. I have definately gotten away from that. I am naturally a thin person and now I’ve lost five pounds. I think things have calmed down so I can get back to my workouts and try to put on some muscle. I ordered a size 2 wedding dress and have to fit into it by next Oct. so I can’t gain too much : )
