July 9, 2007Today I started the morning working on abs for 30 minutes then I worked on some boxing jabs. I usually do cardio in the morning but since i’m trying to bulk up I took a 4 week break from cardio. I weighed myself at 172lbs which if the most I’ve ever weighed. Later on in the afternoon I did a real heavy chest/triceps workout. My bench press is still at 225lbs. I did 5 repes the first set, then 4 reps and then 3 reps, after that I just lowered the weight and repped out. I did 3 different chest exercises and 3 differenttricep exercises. I felt really pumped when I got done. Tryting hard to take it to the next level. Ive been doing really good on my eating which is helping me put on weight. Normally for the summer I try to get ripped, but this summer I’m getting built and stron. My goal is tyo get that extra mass so when I do get ripped, I’ll still have a lot of muscle mass.
