First Blog!
This is my first blog on bodyspace. So here i go. I just started this mock Jenny (craig) diet along with a new diet routine, hoping this will get me the heck out of this darn plateau i have been on for the past 3 months. From Feb to May I lost 32 lbs. Then just stopped:( Ive been fluctuating from 163-165 for the past 3 months and i am so ready to see the 150’s range. I have really seen much change in my body since then as far as inches lost and muscle gain, its just amazing what working out and putting dedication to it can do for you. I always had a goal of reaching 120 lbs, but now that ive been weight training and seeing muscle definition and results, im not sure what to say as far as a goal weight, really,…I just wanna look good outside of my clothes the way i feel more confident when in them. Last year this time i was in the same boat, 160’s range forever, but i was wearing a size 10/12, but i was also not working out 6x’s a week and as hard as i am now. I currently wear a size 8/9, which amazes me in what workingout/weight training can do for you! I recently posted some new measurements which are inacurate, and i was a little saddened and wondered how i could have gone up so much in inches, BUT my hubby told me my measuring tape was off as i used a different one this time. So i will have to find the one i normally use and update those measurements soon. Well today is DAY 3 of my new diet and workout routine, cant wait for the days to pass quickly, because i want to see those great results ive been waiting for! Well stick with it and don’t give up. I know all about those plateaus. They sux. I’ve been in on for…a while now. Just keep on hitting it. Once you break out, it will get better.Best of luck to you!
