Back to the basics

So I just got to Japan this last week and the jet lag has kicked my ass. Finally though I’m back on a semi-schedule and have started working out. Monday I was able to get to the gym and I worked back and biceps.
I did crossfit for 10 minutes to warm-up
3 rounds for 1 minute each
wall balls
jumprope
push press
Biceps:
DB Curls 3×12
Nautilus machine 3×12
Cable Curls 3×12
Back:
lat pulldowns 3×12
dual row 3×12
assisted pull-up 3 x failure
I ate clean today, minus my cup of coffee in the morning ( with the half and half and sugar). Dinner is hard too, I’m staying with family and they don’t really appreciate a 40:40:20 ratio if you know what I mean. But I try to just eat small portions and load up on veggies.

I wasn’t able to get to the gym today. My sister and I went for a run.

Jumprope=30 minutes
1 minute jumprope
15 shoulder press
for 15 minutes
1 minute jumprope
15 front/lateral raise
for 15 minutes
jnl oblique crunches
5:00pm
60 minutes=turbo kick class
I felt really good today, eating clean really helps me stay energized. When I was at the gym, I met a girl who was getting ready for a competition over here and she looked phenomenal! It made me realize that i really want to do that someday. anyway, back to the grind.

today I took a day off, I was incredible sore and extremely tired. I took my girls to the pool and we swam today.
I took the dogs for a walk this evening. About 20 minutes. Today went great with my meals. I’m really getting used to eating clean. I didn’t eat anything I wasn’t supposed too today. Plus, I got to eat sushi for dinner! It was delicious!
