Have you all heard of N.O. 370 yet? Its a new pre-workout formula and it rocks!
It has a blend of 4 different creatine plus time-released arginine so the pumps are insane.
I used it yesterday for my volume leg training day. I've been practicing German Volume Training-GVT- (learned about it from a fellow bodyspace friend) and its intense. The concept is 10 sets, 10 reps, 60 sec rest in between. I go heavy. The best exercises to use it for are compound movements...so I used it for free weight squats yesterday.
I should start by telling you that I'm an IFBB Figure Pro and have been shaping my body for 6 years. I recently placed 4th at the Olympia and decided to sit this year out to focus on other things (not retiring though!)...anyway, I'm still training hard and I'm still on the neverending quest to grow my legs. This is why I'm practicing this form of training...and this is why I want to tell you about my leg training on N.O. 370.
As you can imagine, GVT produces ridiculious pumps all by itself...but add N.O. 370 on top of that and wow. I only wish my legs could look like they did yesterday after that workout-on stage! My quads were so pumped they were throbbing. The fullness lasted for the rest of the day and when I got up today, they were still full-not as full as after the workout, but FULL!
If you are a true weight lifter, you know there is no better feeling than a great pump. I strongly recommend trying N.O. 370. Its tastes good, you will get great pumps and vascularity, and no crash...I like that it only has 100mg of caffeine so its just enough of a "feel" without that jacked up jittery feeling.

Kristal! I tried n.o.370 for first time last week, loved it! I thought id never take n.o products again but this gave me just the right pump n focus without the let down aferwards... Hitting it hard down here in the DR... All the best and Keep posting!

My sample came with Astravar. I will blog about it and post reviews on BB.com and in the forum. I plan to try it next week. I injured my trap/rhomboid yesterday, so I want to make sure I can give it a fair shot.
