ok so i have a question..

After working out I always seem to get a strong odor, my nose gets all tingly and I can’t stop sneezing. Does anyone get this as well? Is there a reason? I only seem to get this after a intense cardio workout. I was thinking maybe it was the cleaning spray at the gym but I went running today and got the same symptoms…except I got a running nose as well. Any idea what triggers this? Maybe I’m breathing wrong?Well thank you :) any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does it smell a little like amonia?

MAYBE YOUR PERFUME OR BODYSPRAY,DEODORANT,ETC. AFTER SWEATING CAUSES AN ALLERGIC REACTION? NOT SURE,JUST A GUESS.

I get a little on the runny nose side about 1/2 of the way through any workout. smell?..my gear smells like an amonia factory at the end of my workouts and I put stuff right in the wash macheene when I get home..it even bugs the dog!

I’ve read about food allegries causing this. You don’t have a reaction till you start putting a strain on your system. I always get a runny nose after cardio. You might be able to stop it by warming down slowly after a workout. Letting your body tempture reduce at a slower pace should ease the tickling sensation.

Nothing is wrong with you. As you workout, you increase blood circulation and the body adjusts by reproduction of blood cells from your bone marrow. Along with the reproduction of blood cells, the body needs to provide the correct ratio of T and B cells (white blood cells) to the elevated blood count for your protection. Your immune system is now heightened, so that any allergens (simply foreign substances) that you encounter through breathing causes your body’s immune system to respond with increased mucus to capture the allergens, along with sneezing to project the allergens out of your system.
Your body is doing exactly what it is supposed to do after an intense workout.
….uhhh… I mean… "Me not knoe why u do the achoo and nose running" ;D
