ok so i have a question..

After working out I always seem to get a strong odor, my nose gets all tingly and I can’t stop sneezing. Does anyone get this as well? Is there a reason? I only seem to get this after a intense cardio workout. I was thinking maybe it was the cleaning spray at the gym but I went running today and got the same symptoms…except I got a running nose as well. Any idea what triggers this? Maybe I’m breathing wrong?Well thank you :) any help will be greatly appreciated.

so I’ve had a little set back. i gained some weight back.. about ten lbs :/ its bugging me but i wont let it get me down. I’ve just been working a lot and haven’t had time to fit the gym in.. I haven’t been eating junk.. so i don’t know why i seem to be gaining weight.. maybe it’s because i haven’t been drinking protein? or maybe i eat a little too much on my free day ;]

haha. oh well though. life goes on :]

any good diet plans? and i know i know.. its not a "diet" it’s a lifestyle.. but what foods seem to work? and stop cravings?

I figured I would start blogging my daily activities.. and what I eat :]

 workout early: Cardio 60 minutes; 5 minute cool down. My body was sore from yesterday so I didnt lift any weights or do abs.

Breakfast: Everything Bagel with eggs ( I know I need to stop eating bagels.. they are just so damn delicious :] )

Snack: Whey protein with Soy milk

Lunch: Yogurt

Dinner: Wheat noodles with garlic

Tooons of carbs today and I wasn’t able to eat much because of work :/

 Late snack will most likely be another protein shake :]

 

ok and…

I never eat after 7.  I do cardio 5 times a week and weight lifting after with thee hubby :] I have one cheat day a week if I did good.
