Ok was gone for a while in the "why bother" place. But I’m back and ready to go!!! And now that I went to the gym I hurt lol. I found some help with my program (eating and workout) and now I should see some results. Really hope I see results. Have a cruise to the Carribian in April don’t want them to throw me back into the ocean by mistake lol. Good luck all.

Ok so… didn’t go to the gym, but today is a better day. Can’t go to gym today (bowling tonight) but I can eat better. And I will today I will stick with my plan.

I was very fusterated yesterday, everything I try doesn’t seem to work. Want results NOW!!! I know it takes time etc. but I want it NOW!! I’m a binge eater so when I get upset I eat, which makes me upset so guess what - yep - I eat because I ate!! Makes no sence does it lol! As I said today is a new day!!! I will not have any "junk" food today. I will get to the gym 4 days this week instead of only 3. Went Monday (was binging yesterday so didn’t go) I will go today, Friday and Saturday.

This is all pretty new to me, been working out a while but not consitantly. I have now been consistant for about 2 months and haven’t seen any changes. My eating is 85% better also. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Very over weight (about 50 lbs) and should see some results but haven’t had any. Getting fusterated. Doing cardio and weights just seem to gain (clothes tighter also). Does anyone know what to do? Not looking for the perfect body (yet) just want to loose the fat right now how do you do that?
