oh well
day 16 of 73
so on top of my day yesterday i did not sleep at all last night and i had a giant migraine when i tried to move around this morning. i think its b/c of the lack of intense cardio…probably just cardio in general. my schedule has been super weird since saturday, so things have gotten out of wack.
i got on track as far as food though even though i figured itd be better to wait and try to workout until later. i just woke up from a 3 hour nap and although i feel A LOT better im going to use today as my rest day and workout on saturday.
ill probably do something light like take my new dog on a walk, but nothing more than that since my head still feels like it cracked down the middle (only a crack…not the grand canyon tha tit was before).
