NO pizza!
i am so proud of myself. after we got our new puppy (shes a 4 yr old boxer named dottie!!), my dad just wanted to get pizza. i was ready to grill chicken and had the brown rice all measured up…only thing i needed to do was make a salad, but my sisters were all for the pizza. i said i wasnt going to eat any but still planned on doing so…when it comes to pizza i just cave…i used to work at a pizza restaurant!! but i didnt cave!!!! i decided about 15 minutes before my dad got back that if i started making the chicken before the pizza got home it would be done in time to eat with my family. so i had a nice piece of chicken over a bed of romaine and spinach with tomoatoes and light dressing. it was rather filling…especially after the protein shake i had earlier from getting back from the gym. i did eat some of the raspberry peach cobbler i made for my sis b/c i had to peel the skin off of 12 peaches…i dont even like raspberries in cobblers but i peeled 12 peaches…i was so going to eat some of that. it was a labor of love for someone i do not love.
anyways. today was good as far as training too. HIIT was better but i posted in the forums and got some awesome advice and cant wait till the morning to have my butt whipped on the treadmill. this morning wasnt a complete loss b/c something is better than nothing. this afternoon was legs and it was awesome. i felt really strong but still challenged and during my squats, loryn stopped telling me about her classes and said "omg your legs are really looking awesome!". ive noticed the last couple of days the definition is really noticeable, but i was thinking it was jsut me, so when she said that i was so happy! im still looking to improve but i can really see everything coming together now. its just really really cool!
so today…for a rating…i would have to say…despite the HIIT i was doing not really being HIIT, and the raspberry peach cobbler…i give it an 8.5 out of 10 (i was suppose to clean my room more humanities homework…key word here…suppose).
