Day 10 of 73
Im tired. the past few days is catching up with me. so basically today was pretty good. training was chest and triceps and some plimetric lunges (i cant spell it) and some oblique crunches.
food overall was good. i need to order my protein powder…that messed up my post workout meal. oh well.
again…tired and i need rest to help me goin so im signin off now.
