Day 9 of 73
Today I did a leg workout on my own. i think it went pretty well but next week im going to take out some quad exercises cause i do a lot of those with loryn, so i’ll focus more on my hamstrings and glutes and add in some abs stuff. i only did cardio once today. i didnt like that. i like doing cardio twice.
today eating was good except i had some cookies…but it was the 4th…i cant not eat some 1 out of 100 different kinds of desserts shoved under my nose. they were small and had fruit on them.
tomorrow its back to regular. i cant wait to do spinning again! it really slims down my legs and i really want that especially because ive been training and i know theyre a lot stronger.
