Day 8 of 73

i havent been perfect since the start of this…but its onyl day 8 and im stll doing really well i think. i just need to stay focused. im feeling very strong and confident physically and mentally, so that helps me push on.

today was good. i ran this morning which was just really nice. i have a question for people though. ive gotten into the habit of getting up at 7, eating 2 scrambled egg whites with toast, and then an hour and a half later go running. i do this cause if i go running right after i wake up i will fall off the treadmill and i wont be as focused. so i start of the morning with a healthy mini breakfast and wakeup. should i just drag my ass to the gym right away and run, or is it ok to eat and then run later. i am trying ot lose body fat but how bad will eatting two egg whites and toast effect my burning fat? i walk for a good twenty minutes, then run about 40 after that, so i mean i must be burning a good number of calories and some fat.

training was back, biceps, and abs. it was good. im feeling really good about my training like i said before, but i think b/c i want my legs to look how they use to look, im watching them too much. my arms and back look so much better than when i first started training. it was like i had twig arms. loryn told me twice today that shes really impressed with my progress as far as arms go. now if i could just get that quick progress with my legs…i know! it will come in time…but you have to remember im 5′ 10′’…legs are pretty much all i am!

food was good. i had some peanutt butter and crackers after i got home from the gym so i would  have something in my stomach. anyways i think unless i put peanut butter in my smoothies i cant eat it, especially with white bread, cause i only had 4 saltine crackers with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and it felt like a rock sitting in my stomach. oh well. if people would stop eating my cottage cheese then maybe i could get a good quick protein fix!

but back to my morning cardio/breakfast question…i would love input!!
