Day 7 of 73
i thought saturday was crazy…oh boy. sunday my friend was at my house basically all afternoon…i was able to go and run for an hour however, but well…lets jsut say she left the house at 5 this afternoon. she decided to call her boyfriend and talk to him at 10 last night. it was crazy. i couldnt let her deal with it on her own so i was up till 3 this morning. needless to say im exhausted and ready to crash. i did walk for 40ish minutes before training today. i did cardio before b/c i was suppose to have a date after training…however his roomate kind of invited himself along. its been a messed up weekend. anyway i dd hill interval at varying speeds, and then for weights we did hams (which i really want to work more on), quads (which i want to show by eating better and keeping up w/cardio), and supersetted with shoulder stuff. my legs are really strong the problem is that b/c i havent been as careful as i should w/my diet im not losing the fat around my belly and thighs like i should. i am seeing slow changes. ok im being too hard on myself. its only day 7 i cant see changes this soon, but im also really made at myself for not sticking to the right foods. ive portioned controled which im proud of, but as much as i portion the bad food its still bad. im going to post what i eat just to have it in several places and to get input.
so i have to remember 5 things…(1) CARDIO, (2) CARDIO, (3) CARDIO, (4) what i eat today effects me tomorrow, and (5) CARDIO!!!!!

Sounds like a long weekends for you. But at least you still able to get your cardios in. Keep it up.
