		<description><![CDATA[Worked out on Sat. 11-10-07 , did bi&#8217;s, tri&#8217;s and legs. Workout went well gym wasn&#8217;t crowed at all.  Working a 12 hour shift today will take today off from the gym. Hope to do chest Mon. after I get off (another 12 hour shift ).

Next week is when I start back on the long road of heavy workouts especially for chest. I will be doing 10 total sets of Flat Bench the first 5 will be for 5-8 reps the last 5 will be for 2 or 3 reps also will be throwing in some flyes and light incline hope this will give me that extra kick I need to start throwing around some heavy weight again.
