Unwanted advice, feel free to delete - my bench shot up after I started giving my triceps more rest before I benched again; I worked chest and tri's each 2x/week (hvy bench, lt tri's one day; mod chest and form drills, very hvy tri's the next time).  If you have good form, then a great deal of power can be generated from your triceps, with your lats then taking over for the final drive.  Heavy weighted dips to failure (I used to sets of 4 until I couldn't do any more sets) work really well.  Good luck!</description>
