Weekend

Worked out on Sat. 11-10-07 , did bi’s, tri’s and legs. Workout went well gym wasn’t crowed at all.  Working a 12 hour shift today will take today off from the gym. Hope to do chest Mon. after I get off (another 12 hour shift ).

    Ugh, that sounds like a familiar schedule…. hope the workout goes well!

    Unwanted advice, feel free to delete - my bench shot up after I started giving my triceps more rest before I benched again; I worked chest and tri’s each 2x/week (hvy bench, lt tri’s one day; mod chest and form drills, very hvy tri’s the next time). If you have good form, then a great deal of power can be generated from your triceps, with your lats then taking over for the final drive. Heavy weighted dips to failure (I used to sets of 4 until I couldn’t do any more sets) work really well. Good luck!
