Things are going pretty good. I just finished up the 1st week with Steve P and have really been on track with everything. I just joined 24 Hour fitness again, it is way bigger than my old gym which was getting packed for how small it was. I like the space and not being so confined although there are some douche bags who probably spend more time on their hair and less on their routine not that I care. I am excited for this upcoming week and staying focused week by week. After I finish up this plan depending on how things are going I really want to focus and putting on some size mainly in my chest and quads. I should be doing this first but I’ve never been below 10% bodyfat and it has been a constant goal of mine. I’m sure I can add a little mass slowly just with being consistent and using a journal during workouts.
