Things are going pretty good. I just finished up the 1st week with Steve P and have really been on track with everything. I just joined 24 Hour fitness again, it is way bigger than my old gym which was getting packed for how small it was. I like the space and not being so confined although there are some douche bags who probably spend more time on their hair and less on their routine not that I care. I am excited for this upcoming week and staying focused week by week. After I finish up this plan depending on how things are going I really want to focus and putting on some size mainly in my chest and quads. I should be doing this first but I’ve never been below 10% bodyfat and it has been a constant goal of mine. I’m sure I can add a little mass slowly just with being consistent and using a journal during workouts.

Back Day

So yesterday was a carb up day for me. I felt really bloated but all the food I ate was so good. I had so much energy at the gym today it was insane. Put up a new pr in just about everything. I also finally did some deadlifts for the first time in a few months and they felt really good. Focused more on movement and not tryin to jerk it up and risking injury.  I’m getting back into wanting to train everyday and not cheatin on my diet except for the carb up days. Unfortunatly I haven’t posted any progress pics only becuase of the disappointment that I have but on someweight since the last time I was this focused. Stayin on track though with bodyspace has really helped thanks to the few friends I have. Tomorrow is leg day for the weekend YEAHHH.

Back at it

First day back into the gym and on this site for about a month and a half. Still recovering from my synoptic nerve being pinched. I’m ready to get back on the horse and stick to my diet that I was on back in November. Its gonna take some dedication and consistency but after today’s chest/tri workout I feel pretty good. Did some cardio about a 2 mile run. Now I can focus on eating 6 meals a day again and staying positive. My sisters wedding is in June so I want to drop some body fat back to where I was. This was my routine for the day

Incline Dumbbell Press 5,5,5,12,12,15

Flat Dumbbell Press 5,5,12,15,15

Decline Dumbbell Press 5,5,12,15,15

Dumbbell Flyes 15,15

Body Weight Dips 5,5,12,12,15

Reverse Grip One-Arm Pulldowns 5,5,12,15,15

Tricep Extensions 5,5,12,15,15

Kind of basic gona focus on dumbbells right now because I feel more of a stretch. Tomorrow is leg day which will probably be a little lighter.
