Well gettign close to the 10 week mark.
Haven’t noticed any weight loss yet on this new diet but I seem to be getting tighter and maybe leaner??
It’s tough to only eat protien and fat. i look so forward to teh trail mix after my workout
I was feeling sluggish at first but i seem to be ok now. Strength is back to normal i guess.

Well here is my current diet. It is only for 12 days.
After that it will change again.

Meal 1
- 5 eggs
- 60g cheese
- 3 slices beacon
- Green veggy’s
Meal 2
- 250g Beef
- Green veggy
Meal 3
- ½ chicken
- Green veggy’s

Meal 4
- 25g beef
- Green veggy’s
Meal 5 (Post workout)
- 50g protein powder
- 3tbs oudos oil
- 25g trailmix
Meal 6
- 4 eggs
- 60g chese
- 4 pieces beacon

Well it is day 3 on the new high fat diet.
Feeling pretty good today. the first 2 days were pretty rough. My body was in shock and wondering what the hell i was doing
But i think I have adjusted pretty well so far. Strength was down the first day but last nights workout was pretty good.
Going for a mesurement session at the gym tomorow. don’t expect much of a diffrence yet. I am in a contest at the gym called "the biggest looser" sounds fun
It’s to see who can have the biggest transformation in 3 months. not just the most weight loss but a whole transformation. The contest ends 1 month before my show so i think I have a good chance
first place is $2000 towards a trip of my choosing. pretty sweet!! punta cana here I come
I think I will post my diet a little later today to show ya’s what i’m doing

Ok here we are 12 weeks from the show.
I have started a new diet.
For the first 12 days virtually no carbs :-/ High fat and protien.
Started it last night before bed had beacon and eggs yummy lol
Today I have had broccolli as the only carb. i feel so lothargic already. i know it will only last a few days then my energy levels will go up some when my body get’s used to it.
I have an assessement at the gym tonight to get my mesurements done. should be interesting.
Training has not changed as of yet.

Hi all
Well I have started dieting for the mississauga show may 24th. 13 weeks as of tomorow
I am currently dieting but also putting on some muscle for 10 weeks. then it’s hard core dieting.
The plan is to get to 10% bf and stay there while gaining a bit more muscle till the 5 week mark.
I gotta say I like this diet. I have a good variety of beef, chicken, fish and eggs with rice, veggy’s and oats. Still alot of food but fgetting leaner by the day
As for training I do weights 45 days a week and cardio twice a day for 6 days a week
So far it’s not too bad except getting up so damn early
I had my photo shoot with muscletech in december and it went well. I was nice and plump
It’s an awesome experience doing this before and after. The plan is to take the after the monday after the show. So no pigging out after the show
