PASSED 40th Percentile Physical strenght/endurance test for the Police academy, tomorrow is my phychological test, and then the long process of my background investigation.

 And when all is said and done…. Police Academy December 8 2008 baby oh yeah!

Altitude? what?

Ive gone from 100ft above sealevel, to currently 5820ft above sealevel…

it has been CRAZY! Ive been training At low altitude for anaerobic bodybuilding, and am currently- since ive moved here been doing cardio…. its been a rough few weeks!

Its awesome tho! im fully adjusted to the altitude now, and am more capable than ever for running/jogging, and cycling.

 Last night i ran/joged 3 miles

Today i did 12 miles on my bike and it was great, wasnt winded, but my legs were tired… the first half 6 miles i did in under 20 minutes, i was tired from that fast run and it took me longer going back…

 

I need to do new measurements, ive lost a bit of my upper body muscle mass, extracellular water retention and fat.I need to do measurements for sure

legs and 1.5 mile run/jog

well for the first time i did deadlifts. I never done them and havent been coached on how TO do them, but i watched some vids on youtube and got the basic idea of what to do and what NOT to do. anyway, my shins are all red and i think i had proper form, whice i want to establish before i start packing on the weight.

 

trimmed 2 minutes off my 1.5 mile run 16:38 to 14:43 so im very happy

Sweet workout! Did chest and bicepts:

I outdid myself today! damn and it was easy too!

The past cuple of chest workouts ive done, doing flat dumbell presses, the max weight ive been able to do was 65×4 starting from 50×10 to 55×8… Today i started @ 60×10, 70×8, and 80×6! i freaked myself out, lol! I tryed for 85, but couldnt get the weights too far off my chest, so i went down to 60×10 again…. Damn im stoked!

the rest of my chest workout was just as good, with similar weight increases.

I guess the week and a half off payed off to my benefit!

yeah, last week sucked… i was wiped out from work, and just generaly felt like crap. Then SHTF on Saturday evening, and here i am today- didnt go to work because im sick :(

well, im going to update my measurements about this time every sunday. There seem to be some dicrepancies in my initial mesurements, my wifes first time measuring me, and she’s just a lil thing @ 5′1" :D

 

Many measurements stayed the same, but the large loss in chest, and minor loss in calves i think might be mesuring errors, will have to see next sunday…

ran out of NO-Xplode…. so wanted to try the Lemon flavored, eh they didnt have it, so i settled for grape. Its good tho, i like it.

IDK, but i think the potency of the NO diminishes over time, or perhaps due to settling the good shit is at the top, anyway, on my last serving on my other NO it wasnt reallyt effective.

And today, after i took the new NO and was working out, i got a rightious pump! my forarms felt like they were gonna pop, it was great!

I did shoulders, traps, and tricepts.

the smith machine i usually use @ the gym was Out of Order, so i was not happy, because the other smith machine is different in many aspects and i dont like it, so

 i did normal military presses w/o the smith machine. It was OK, not used to it so it was a little weird. And not having a workout partner to spot me kinda sucked- the reasoning to use the smith machine. But I did it and it was good, hell so good im going to use it again next time, i think i may like using the free barbell press more!

The rest of my workout went great, and i hit abs at the end and damn i loved it, cant wait for tomorrow- short workout on legs,

dang i need to work on

Everything! haha

I really wanna get crakin on my abs, since im lakin, but..

 Im kinda focusing on legs since ive somewhat neglected them for a while :thumbdown:

Today i did smith-machine forward squats two 90lbs working up to 270.

Then i did leg presses, 270 working up to 630 lbs.

Afer that i did leg extentions on a macine 110 working up to 190.

So i feel pretty good at where im at, and how i will be able to progress from here. Three weeks ago i was up to 520 on leg press, and i just decided to up it by 2 45’s, i did it pretty confidently, so whatev.

I find it hard to get my actual weight, since i eat so much, and well… all that weight isnt all ME in a sence..
