The Francisco
Can't wait until next week. My family coming in from P.R. has really set back my exercising. I have lost some body fat, so that's a plus. I have lost some strength on my bench press but not much. The back is still strong. But I have hit a plateau that I need to break. Shoulders are still good, I am still wide. Need to workout on the stomach! That is my worst enemy. When my family leaves, I will start off on a new track and direction. I have finally realized, I need to take working out more seriously once again, like I used too. I work out on average four to five times a weeks and sometimes only three. I need to stay on a program and complete it! Wright now I haven't been drinking my protein consistently either, so I have to take the nutritional aspect of working out seriously, once again! I will update this blog in a month and let you guys know how I am doing.
Good Times
I am officially in a work out rump. I have not really experienced a workout rump, until last week, when I only worked out once. I have been getting so caught up with baseball and my studies, that by the end of the day I barely have time for anything. The plan is to stay commited to baseball until the season is over. It gets discourgaing, when your not a starter but I will continue to keep my optimism. I am not in the best shape either, my waste has gained two inches, and I just cant wait until the summer, when I will have time to do cardio, four times a week. I have also lost some strength on the bench press, but nothing that a few hard weeks in the gym cant fix. The school year is almost over, so I am looking foward for the summer, when working out will be my central priority (along with work). I have to learn to manage my time more wisely.

SELF-EVALUATION
Well I've accomplished my goal of gaining 20lbs. Ive been getting stronger and noticeably bigger, basically everybody in school is telling me, dam Francisco your big as hell, and i cant complain these compliments do feed my ego. I've been gaining size and strength thanks to my proper protein intake, i was depriving myself from protein, when i first started and i wasn't getting anywhere. Ive been gaining strength at a steady pace. The dead lift, squat, and barbell rows have been going very good for me and most of my strength gains are coming from these exercises. My bench has never been a strong exercises for me but Ive added 20 lbs to my bench since I've started strength training, about 4 months now. My mid section did get an inch bigger and a sloppier, due to my lack of cardio, but thats why I have winter for, to bulk up. In the beginning of February i will do cardio four times a week, just because i want my dam abs to show, sometimes i feel like their impossible to get but i am never pessimistic about my long term goals. So my new goal for 2008 is to lean down, while gaining strength and gaining size, I hope that 2008 will be a good year for me.

10/12- Life isnt always fair
today i just did bench at home, got home late from work so i did a little something. I was tired but i still managed to add 5 pounds to my bench now im at 190 pounds for 5 reps and 5 sets, unassisted. I haven't been able to workout like i want but my strength hasn't suffered. Ive made sure that i keep gaining strength. 3 scoops of protein and one scoop of creatine. I'm playing baseball and i have a lot of homework and i work, so no more 2 hours workouts for me basically. I am praying for my manager because he got his leg amputated a week ago and he visited us today. He was so cheerful and joyful when he said hi to me. I almost cried and so did he because i was so happy to see him. I really wish him the best. He has made me realize that life really isn't that bad. Even though he has had his leg amputated he is still cheerful and happy. I am very happy to see that he is doing good and i will continue to pray on his well being. Even through hard times you have kept your faith and joy, God bless you Harold you are my hero.
