Ooohhh Sweetheart. That's what you were talking about. Ya know, you and I have had this conversation. And I know that you don't like to stay still and heal, but baby, if you don't your body is going to cease to function.
 Lay off the lifting.

Keep your diet, do a lot of cardio, do your legs and abs, but for crying out loud babe, stop the other lifting before you need SERIOUS surgery and can not lift ever again. It can happen babe. Take it easy love.

Yeap, well the problem is genetically it's hard for me to make any changes so that forces me to take extreme measures. And my frame is also not naturally built strong, so because I have to do everything heavy and hard to make gains, that results in injuries. I've also tried physio they're no use for my problems. Atleast not the ones they have here anyway! Yeah i'm not really into fighting for sport, I mean, it's ok, but not my desire to do it. I always trained for street fighting anyway, and due to my genetic issues I was naturally built not to be strong, I had to change that myself, therefore, in real fighting, it is more suited to me. Sport fighting has rules and limitations, that means it suits whoever is the biggest strongest brute at the end of the day. Real fighting can incorporate more aspects that have been developed to use to your advantage. Anyway i'm more interested in using it for a movie career, to be honest. But I have other things to deal with first.

Esan, thanks for visiting. You look pretty buff! It would appear you get injured a lot, though. Living on the edge. eh? I encourage you to seek out a qualified physical therapist to help recover from your wrist and back injuries. These things can last a lifetime. I still get back and ankle pain from old rock climbing and ATV accidents if I don't do the exercises my PT showed me. A lot of it is pretty easy to do, but despite working out for years, I would not have thought of the stuff he showed me for my particular injuries. One last thing, don't do any MMA "cage fighting" unless the ref knows the sport cold and is trustworthy. I've seen some pretty brutal breaks because the ref was lousy, and the fighters were too inexperienced in the game.
