More issues….
And now my backs popped today on top of the arm and wrist injuries. And I haven’t even done anything but cardio for weeks, due the arm and wrist injuries stopping me using my arms at all, which means no upper body. And did legs a few days ago and then a week prior. That’s all, nothing that can affect the back, especially in the last few days. WHY I ask WHY?!….!!!!….?!?!
