The issues of today.
Well right now my right arm is injured around the elbow to the extent that it is completely unusable. And my left wrist is injured to the extent that it is also unusable. So basically I can’t do anything involving arms, even mild stuff. So it looks like a lot of legs and cardio until it heals. That really ruins my routine though darn it. I guess I need to lose some blubber though so maybe the cardio will be good. I can’t even do fist stuff unless it’s just kicking. Got some new stuff for my gym though a new heavier set of dumbells (45kg each / 99lbs each) yesterday, two commercial flat benches the day before and a gymnastics mat today. Got almost everything I need now. Just a few more items (and I need the injuries to heal) then i’m gona attack it with more brute force than ever. Damn it just when I thought the back and ankle injuries were starting to improve this happens. There’s always something. Damn genetics, because my body isn’t naturally built to be that of a physical person.
