My basic food plan
I'm eating clean, cutting the junk (except for mayonaise and beer on occasion...). Incorporating juicing, more raw fruits and vegetables. Coconut milk (unsweetened) and of course protein drinks. Got to have the morning cup of coffee, but that's good for you! Switched to Stevia for a sweetener, but still use whole milk in the coffee. Non-fat is just not cutting it!
You can follow what I eat on fitday.com as claygirl65. Trying to steer clear of foods that supposedly increase estrogen. I'll let you know how it goes.
