ok so i´m tryin to get 3 clean, serious weeks together. Started Monday with my second &#34;animal cuts&#34; and don´t wanna waste the money without tryin my best to eat as clean as possible and train as serious as possible.
First 2 days worked  . Started each day with 15 min cardio on the ergometer. [...]]]></description>

<p>ok so i´m tryin to get 3 clean, serious weeks together. Started Monday with my second &quot;animal cuts&quot; and don´t wanna waste the money without tryin my best to eat as clean as possible and train as serious as possible.</p>
<p>First 2 days worked <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Started each day with 15 min cardio on the ergometer. Went swimming on monday (only about 300 meters so). trained pretty good and eated &quot;clean&quot;.</p>
<p>So we´ll see, who this will play out.</p>
