					<description>Right now, i´m pretty happy with it. It´s always hard to really judge the effectiveness of a routine, cause you don´t know what would have been without :).</description>

					<description>as i´m not a friend of training chest, friday will be possibly be more often the rest day. Also by training every bodypart twice a week (exept chest), there will be sometimes restdays because of time problems (work, etc.).

Not sure how long, i´ll gonna run it, evaluate after 4 - 6 weeks and decide.

Truth is, you are looking fine, we are looking fine, but we are our worse friend when thinking about how do we look.

					<description>Yeah, I know what you mean, but I bet you're being too critical on yourself Harald.  I doubt very much the photos of you are only worth throwing into the garbage.   Post 'em!  If nothing else, they will give you extra drive for improving.</description>

					<description>Those things vary alot ... but with that said if you keep taking the measurements the same time, every day and notice the trend is losing BF, then trust the reports.</description>

					<description>I think this is a weak &amp;amp;#34;step 5.&amp;amp;#34;  I insist that clients do not use scales, do what they know they should, and get measurements again in two weeks or more.  There's no good reason to step on the scale every day, unless for hydration purposes.</description>
