3 weeks!

ok so i´m tryin to get 3 clean, serious weeks together. Started Monday with my second "animal cuts" and don´t wanna waste the money without tryin my best to eat as clean as possible and train as serious as possible.
First 2 days worked
. Started each day with 15 min cardio on the ergometer. Went swimming on monday (only about 300 meters so). trained pretty good and eated "clean".
So we´ll see, who this will play out.

You can do it man. Just keep telling yourself, it’s only 3 short weeks, I can do anything for that amount of time…DONT GIVE IN!!
