new workout routine starting today

Guude,

so while attending my workshop in Duesseldorf about "accountancy and controlling" (i had the new flex with me, always helpful), i came to the conclussion to change my weekly routine a little and "step up the game" a little.

as follow:

Monday: Legs II / Shoulders

Tuesday: Back II

Wednesday: Triceps / Biceps I

Thursday: Legs I / Shoulders

Friday: Chest / Cardio

Saturday: Back I

Sunday: Triceps / Biceps II

When mentioned I or II = I means "main day", more intense - more exercises - (more weight) - more pain :)

we´ll see, what happens

    No rest days? How long you going to run with this program? Keep us updated on what your thoughts are on it.

    as i´m not a friend of training chest, friday will be possibly be more often the rest day. Also by training every bodypart twice a week (exept chest), there will be sometimes restdays because of time problems (work, etc.).

    Not sure how long, i´ll gonna run it, evaluate after 4 - 6 weeks and decide.

    i´ll do :)

    Right now, i´m pretty happy with it. It´s always hard to really judge the effectiveness of a routine, cause you don´t know what would have been without :) .
