step 9) Use the "jo-jo effect" to achieve your goal!

Take one of those fenzy crash diets (20 pounds in five days or so :) ) with an allowed caloric intake of about 1000 - 1500 kcals. The protein - percentage should be as low as possible. Yeah you´ll gonna lose weight, sounds contraproductive, i know. But you´ll gonna destroy an aweful amount of your muscle mass (esp. if you use step 8 often) and your basal metabolic rate is gonna down significant –> so in the long run, you will be able to gain weight much easier.
