Guude,
ok so i´m tryin to get 3 clean, serious weeks together. Started Monday with my second "animal cuts" and don´t wanna waste the money without tryin my best to eat as clean as possible and train as serious as possible.
First 2 days worked
. Started each day with 15 min cardio on the ergometer. Went swimming on monday (only about 300 meters so). trained pretty good and eated "clean".
So we´ll see, who this will play out.

Guude,
so while attending my workshop in Duesseldorf about "accountancy and controlling" (i had the new flex with me, always helpful), i came to the conclussion to change my weekly routine a little and "step up the game" a little.
as follow:
Monday: Legs II / Shoulders
Tuesday: Back II
Wednesday: Triceps / Biceps I
Thursday: Legs I / Shoulders
Friday: Chest / Cardio
Saturday: Back I
Sunday: Triceps / Biceps II
When mentioned I or II = I means "main day", more intense - more exercises - (more weight) - more pain
we´ll see, what happens

Do you know this? You look in the mirrow at your body and think: damn YEAH, lookin right on track, let´s make some new pics to show it. And you make them and "HOLY CRAP, that looks like b***sh*** " and throw them all in the garbage!
That´s what happing the last weeks in my world.

step 9) Use the "jo-jo effect" to achieve your goal!
Take one of those fenzy crash diets (20 pounds in five days or so
) with an allowed caloric intake of about 1000 - 1500 kcals. The protein - percentage should be as low as possible. Yeah you´ll gonna lose weight, sounds contraproductive, i know. But you´ll gonna destroy an aweful amount of your muscle mass (esp. if you use step 8 often) and your basal metabolic rate is gonna down significant –> so in the long run, you will be able to gain weight much easier.

step
It´s absolutely ok to skip a workout - if you use the time for a fatty meal !!!

step 7) The shorter the carbs, the faster it goes
. Three cheers to insulin distribution!

Ok, on thursday, we´ll gonna drive to the Fibo (trade show for Fitness, Wellness and Health). Didn´t made it the last 5 Years, so i´m a little exited to get there again. Hopefully, i can soak as much as possible and find some new motivation. Hopefully some of the "big guys" from muscletech, BSN and gaspari are already there and show of. I´ll gonna try to post some pics as soon as possible.
