With work from 3 - 9 I hit the gym at 1:30 PM. I have gone with the mind of matter approach in training like muscles as well as muscles groups that I love to train with muscle groups I do not necessarily enjoy or am as passionate about. Today conquered a solid back workout with a more impressive biceps workout. Alternating between the two muscle groups keeps my blood in the same area but gives a break for on group. Pre workout was 4 tablets of MAP Altered State. The yohimbe and caffeine really wake me up as well as give me a solid pump. Workout was for 45 minutes and ended with a half serving of cytogainer and a serving of Con-Cret.

Nutritionally today was a total failure in lack there of… Need to step up my game in consistency of meals. Bad habits apparently aren’t easy to be broken. Especially when i’m sick of having 3 shakes a day. I’m attempting to go w/ 2 max but then I skip maybe one then a meal and bam less than a grand calorie wise at 6 pm. =/
