There are four components to this Vitapak, the Mega Men Sport Vitamin, L-Glutamine, Men's Energy Enhancer, and a N.O. Maximizer. (30 day supply) The MV itself I believe is pretty good well rounded BASIC vitamin. Hits all your basics and looks vary comparable to ON Opti-men (3 a day). Looking down the line you get a little bit more in potency from the Opti-men but you also have to take an extra tablet. The noticeable difference does not come in the vitamins itself but in the blends they contain. There are more potent and well rounded blends in the opti-men. The differences to me are not significant enough for a person like me. As all these blends in both the formulas are nice but not potent enough either way to show me noticeable differences. Prices for the ON Opti-Men (60 day supply) goes for $39.99 on their website. The Mega Men Sport (MV itself) for a 3 month supply goes for $27.99 Not on sale w/ gold card discount. Overall both quality products. If your more intense but not that intense for the Univeral Animal Pak or Multi32x (with Iron) then pick and choose by brand loyalty, price, and quality.
L-Glutamine - 1 Caplet in the vitapak gives you 1000mg of L-Glutamine... Any questions? Very basic conquers a basic dosage if your taking a powder or capsules otherwise. I say good for winter time...
Men's Energy Enhancer - This is GNC Burn 60 formula. 495mg Guarana, Black Tea Leaves extract 272mg, Grape Skin & Seed Extract 210 mg, Ginger Root Extract 200 mg. I used to drink like a pot and half of coffee every day... So I barely feel the 495mg (roughly 5 cups of coffee). But will give anyone who is a basic coffee drinking an okay boost. But thermo wise very weak and a major turnoff if your not into caffeine. No reason to buy the entire product if your not into one of them.
N.O. Maximizer - This is a part of the Pro Performance line thrown in there at 1/3 of the dosage on the actual. I think its really pointless unless your taking this right before the gym. Good things about this part is that it can give you a slight boost. Thats about it. The N.O. Maximizer and the Energy Enhancer really throw down the quality of this product.
Overall the product has the right fundamentals but not giving you enough of everything more of a taste. At the price and only lasting you a month. I'd say its OKAY at best. But convenience is a huge factor. So many mornings hungover and can barely see straight on my way to class or work having a convenient little pak has proved to be a very great feature. I might at one point go back on it but then again I can always go buy little baggies and make my own an knock off some of the cost.
