Comeback Workout + Commuting =)

Today I started a workout I took from Men’s Fitness called the "Comeback Workout." The plan in the weight room will be Monday (Upper body-Arms) 1:30 PM - 2:30PM, Tuesday (Lower Body) - 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM,  and Wednesday - (Upper Body - Chest) 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM. The objective is not to cheat and to perform the number of reps with the proper amount of weight. AKA no bull**** I mean bulking and getting back to a proper foundation.

Commuting will consist of several different commutes the most common consisting on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday which is 8 miles of cycling. On Thursdays I’ll be going 12.6 miles of cycling (with the exception of a few variations). I’ll be using my roadbike until it snows or really when the salt gets out… Then I’ll be using this Schwinn touring my mom got me.

Yoga will be the usual Monday and Wednesday for an hour. Also I will be trying to do some every morning with some situps. =)

Meals will be as many as possible shooting for atleast 5-6 a day for now…

With work from 3 - 9 I hit the gym at 1:30 PM. I have gone with the mind of matter approach in training like muscles as well as muscles groups that I love to train with muscle groups I do not necessarily enjoy or am as passionate about. Today conquered a solid back workout with a more impressive biceps workout. Alternating between the two muscle groups keeps my blood in the same area but gives a break for on group. Pre workout was 4 tablets of MAP Altered State. The yohimbe and caffeine really wake me up as well as give me a solid pump. Workout was for 45 minutes and ended with a half serving of cytogainer and a serving of Con-Cret.

Nutritionally today was a total failure in lack there of… Need to step up my game in consistency of meals. Bad habits apparently aren’t easy to be broken. Especially when i’m sick of having 3 shakes a day. I’m attempting to go w/ 2 max but then I skip maybe one then a meal and bam less than a grand calorie wise at 6 pm. =/

Cutting Supps

First I will write the only reason I really like using supplements while cutting is because I work for a GNC and I get them for dirt cheap as well as I am 20 and don’t mind f*cking around a little bit. I am still a fan of the basics and will always follow them and continue to for the future. They will be written at the bottom after the new goodies =)

After basically limiting all cardio, all caffeine, and eating as much as possible (with the help of friends =)) I hit 210 two weeks ago, maintained it while keeping pretty high numbers in the gym of basic workouts. Workouts went from 4x a week to 3x and 2x only for the fact that I wouldn’t put on anymore weight. So 225 was obviously to farfetched but 210 is huge accomplishment for bf% 12-13.

Now back to finally eating normally and my favorite doing more and more cardio. I am starting with buying a roadbike within the week for commuting. I am using a moutain bike from about 8 years ago atm. heh. Diet is progression for I already have a hard time with frequency of my meals but while bulking I managed to keep a good pace and consistency with eating.

Main focus of my nutrition will be eliminating processed foods and toxins from my system… In about a month I’ll be doing a cleanse for atleast 3 days. Meal frequency will be second focus for hitting 8 meals a day. (i’ll be using alarms on my palm)

Week 1 of 1 - (Pre-bulk)

After two weeks off due to food poisoning decided to go back to more stabilizer and smaller muscles for the chest.

Hit the gym at 630.

Worked on shoulder and arm stabilizers. Triceps and some hip stretches. Finished off with basic planks and side planks.

6:15a - MRI NO2 Black (4 caps?) I was like half awake and I only see five now Perhaps i mistaken one of my glucosmine/chondrotin/MSM. Which I am missing two so I am just pretty confused. LOL. =/

6:30a - MRI BRP Black Powder (2 scoops) - really woke me up but prob should just start drinking right when i wake up. Gave me a bubbly stomach throughout.
20 fl oz Water.
8a - Post workout Creatine (3 scoops MR Anabolic switch, 2 Emerg-C, and 24 fl oz tropical fruit vitamin water)

10a  - BioNutritional Research Group Power Crunch - (1 bar)

Digestive Problems

Saturday during my workout something bad happened… I upset my stomach and went to full blown intensity that night. I was basically bed bound with nausea and just slept it off till the next day. The next day I probably shouldn’t have ate but tried eating really light which ended up upsetting my stomach again.
Monday I only had raw veggies and fruits and WW toast for majority of my day and I felt good. I decided to eat a meal to just to cut my weight loss at only 2 lbs. That was probably a big mistake because my stomach is out of wack again. No nausea or urge to throw up but everything doesn’t feel right =/

I’m going to attempt to go back to eating raw fruits and veggies type foods for the remaining of the week. Also I’m skipping all my workouts and lifts until I feel better =(

What really set it off saturday is right before my lift i had nothing to eat so I grabbed a BioNutritional Power Crunch bar and had a gatorade on the way to the gym. Played some 32 in basketball then did a basic lift (two exercises and only 6 sets). But by the end of it i felt awful. I still took down my Anabolic Switch with gatorade and then went on to eat chipotle for mass cals. Then I had quick gainer even after still not feeling well. All not smart but nothing I can do now.

I’m going to have some grapes then catch some ZzZz hopefully the sleep will help things a bit. So much for bulking. =/

Cancelling Gym Membership?

I’m debating on canceling my gym membership… My best friend is coming back from school and he is going to help me fix my bike so I’ll be riding my bike to school and work.

Currently driving about 8 - 10 miles to my gym and I have a bench, pull up bar, dip bar. I might get a EZ curl bar and just completely switch over from squats to front squats and cleans because I wont have a squat rack or cage.

This is my effort to get out of my pity debt from school and CC  as well as I want to be self suffecient in the a sense of not being materialistic.

I hate most commercial gyms anyways. . .

What a weekend…

Well I had a super intense weekend… took most of my supps but my unfortunate vice came out once again. I maybe had a total of five meals in 3 days it seems like maybe less because some were not meals, alcohol doesn’t count does it?

Today was better but still felt so out of it. I had 5 well placed meals. I skipped my morning workout… realistically postponed it until tomorrow.

Work at 6 am tomorrow so lift will be after and then back to work. I’ll be having my good ol’ 8 meals whether i like it or not.

I feel like snow in March is just depressing.

Tomorrow’s mentality: Eat, Eat, Lift, Nap, Eat, Eat, Sleep.
