Staying Motivated
Wednesday, August 20th, 2008I came back from my trip and felt ok considering I did not eat very clean while away. I didn’t gain any pounds so that is a good thing. I am getting a little discouraged because the scale is barely moving, but I am going to keep going. I think I really need to start doing two a day cardio sessions to see how that will affect the scale. I know that there are many different schools of thought on wheather too much cardio will not help build muscle but I think with the significant amount of pounds that I need to lose it really doesn’t matter until I get my weight down some more. I would love to hear what others think about that.
